The scheduled maintenance has been completed, and Kiteworks services have been restored. Documents remaining in the configured folders may resume normal processing automatically. Clients will likely need to re-enable their Kiteworks.

WellSky was made aware of an issue requiring immediate maintenance that will impact the Kiteworks file transfer service used by CareTend Hosted clients. Please note that CareTend itself will remain available during this maintenance window. However, the Kiteworks utility that transfers documents from fax and document folders into CareTend's Incoming Documents will be temporarily unavailable tonight from 7:00 PM CDT to 5:00 AM CDT. What to Expect: CareTend access will remain available. Automated document transfers through Kiteworks will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window. Documents will not automatically move from your network fax or document folders into CareTend Incoming Documents while the service is offline. Alternative Processing Option: During this period, users may manually copy or move documents from their network folders into the appropriate Incoming Documents folder available through Citrix StoreFront. Documents placed in the Incoming Documents folder through Citrix will continue to be processed by CareTend as normal. Once maintenance is complete and Kiteworks services have been restored, automated processing will resume.
