URGENT: MFA REQUIRED (May 19, 2026) — This applies to all CareTend clients except SSO-enabled organizations. Beginning May 19, MFA will be mandatory, and any users who have not completed setup will lose access to CareTend.
Immediate action is required: complete MFA enrollment for all users, test login using the new MFA URL https://caretendsso.wellsky.com, and update bookmarks as the old URL will no longer work. Act now to avoid disruption.

Scheduled - WellSky will perform a scheduled Kiteworks/Accellion maintenance on Sunday, June 7th, 2026, from 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM CST. During this time, there may be intermittent downtime for incoming documents, automatic faxing and scans. There will not be an impact on other CareTend functions.
